What will you do with my email address?
Not too much. You'll receive our daily DayDEAL offering in your inbox, and occasional alerts relating to your purchases. We take your personal information very seriously – our focus is to use your e-mail to inform you of our great deals every day. Our privacy policy gives the full story – please take a look.
What will you do with my credit card and billing information?
DayDEAL will NEVER record your credit card and billing information in our web site. All of that information will process through a third party PayDollar (AsiaPay). Paydollar is a leading provider of Internet and mobile payment services and technologies in Hong Kong and Asia. All the information process via a Secure Socket Layer connection (SSL) and is fully encrypted. This and your other personal information is safe and secure and will only be used for your intended purpose.

Can I return a DayDEAL?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we'll do what it takes to make you happy. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds after one week from the purchase date. To get more information about the DayDEAL you want to return, please contact us through email or call 35 250 250. Or send us a picture of you making funny face, we will expedite those who has sense of humor.
What if the business for my DayDEAL closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your DayDEAL, we'll make sure you get your money back.
